There are many ethical and responsible telecoms companies to choose from, the difficulty however is finding them. In our experience solutions are often specified by inattentive and poorly trained sales people who have an insufficient grasp of the technology they are selling. In addition to this it is not uncommon for sales people to obfuscate and charge for hardware or software that is not even required. If appointed we will sit in on meetings with prospective suppliers, review their subsequent proposals, and if necessary follow up for clarification and ensure that a) they and the company they represent are a good fit and b) that the proposal is technically accurate and cost effective.
